A calming sky bar with fantastic sights of Phnom Penh in the evening. Pleasant cocktails, we had two dwelling signatures along with the whisky sour, all of which satisfied. There was a simple listening Filipino band playing, as well as band was accepting of track requests. Ideal for an night to wind down, with great breeze.This was a fantastic spot
